Clean lines minimalist in decor. Good location as lots of restaurants around the lido area and easy access by car with free underground parking. Breakfast very nice and varied. Really helpful and polite staff who recommended the nicest restaurant we went to. Good hotel gym and interior pool.
Charging for a sauna does not seem fair this should be part of the free facilities. Restaurant charge too much for lunch snacks such as sandwiches, at least 3 times the restaurants that are within 5 mins walk so we never ate there! Don't have enough lounge mattresses for the lounges at the pool so if you don't reserve one first thing you won't get one! One day there was no pool towels as the lorry had broken down, we had to use our bathroom towels which we then had to ask to be replaced as they obviously had not communicated the problem to the room staff. Not really on for a 5 star.

Stayed at this hotel for my birthday which was completely ruined by sounds of a loud drill round the swimming pool as tried to relax and enjoy the sun. No warning before this was going to happen and when I complained the Guest services said they only found out that morning. Completely spoilt the celebrations and not impressed that a four star hotel can treat its customers in this way. Very disappointing stay as a result and not sure would return.

We were upgraded on arrival to a very superior room which was an excellent start. The staff are very attentive but not pushy. I would love to go back to this hotel.
Along with a fantastic variety of fresh fruit at breakfast, they offered us tinned peaches - why?! That apart, the food was very good.

In general we really enjoyed staying at the hotel. Our rrom was perfect with large balcony and amazing ocean view (it is worth money taking this room). Staff was very helpful and friendly.
Spa!!!! Is not the best side of the hotel. I would recommend not to waiste your money on it at all. It is better to go and spent it for amazing dinner at restaurants on the island!!!
